Refund Policy

In short
- Write to main@engineernow.org with your purchase email.
- We refund what you have not used.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 14 days of approval.
This policy applies to purchases from Martin Grey LLP (EngineerNow) paid through Stripe. It adds to, and does not limit, your rights under consumer law.
Refunds by product
| Product | What we refund |

| EngineerNow Platform (lifetime access) | Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any feature that is available only with paid access. After that, access has been supplied and the purchase is non-refundable. |
| InterviewNow minutes | Non-refundable. Minutes are added to your account immediately and do not expire. |
| Engineer-Millionaire course | Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have opened no more than one lesson. After that, the course has been supplied. |
| Engineer-Millionaire book (e-book) | Full refund if you have not downloaded the file. After download, no refund. |
| Consultation | Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session. If you cancel later or do not attend, the session counts as delivered. You can reschedule once for free with 24 hours' notice. |
| Private coaching | Sessions not yet held are refunded pro rata. Sessions already held are not. |
| Bundles | Each part of the bundle follows its own rule above, based on its share of the bundle price. |
Faulty or not as described
If a product does not work as described, or a technical problem on our side prevents you from using it, tell us. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full or in proportion, whatever the time since purchase.
How to ask for a refund
Email main@engineernow.org from the address you used to pay. Tell us the product and the reason (optional). We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days; your bank may take a few more days to show them.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be solved faster directly.
